Heat treatment and surface coating
We carry out various heat treatment processes, such as tempering and case hardening in multi-purpose chamber furnaces, bainitic hardening in salt bath continuous furnaces, distortion-free hardening in quenching furnaces, induction hardening, and annealing, through our partner companies as required. The same applies to technical and optical surface coatings.
Grind
By using double-sided surface grinding machines (discus), we achieve the most precise thickness tolerances and the finest surfaces.
CNC machining
CNC machining processes (cutting, grinding, drilling, ...) are also part of our service portfolio.

From idea to finished tool.
We develop fine blanking tools (total cutting and progressive die tools) that are perfectly tailored to your component. With our in-house toolmaking department, we reliably ensure production, implement your requirements on time, and handle regular maintenance according to predefined cycles.
Our drawings and data models are primarily created in the SolidWorks CAD system, ensuring smooth and easy data exchange. Formats such as DXF, IGES, STEP, and many others can be directly imported and exported.
